The M.F. Caltagirone Brass Bolster 16cm is named after the Sicilian town it comes from; the blade is thin and the handle shape gives a very comfortable, precise grip.
The handle is made of two horn scales with two stainless steel bolsters to protect the part closest to the blade.
The blade and spring have a satin finish.
