Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel blade and a very strong G10 (fibreglass) handle. Michele Massaro tested them by leaving the knives in seawater for 10 days, and the handle withstood such an extreme process.

In this pratiKO series, in collaboration with the Due Cigni / Fox cutlery of Maniago, they have created unique models perfect for the kitchen, designed in every detail.
The knife comes with a card hand-signed by Michele Massaro, the bladesmith who designed these knives with Due Cigni.
