The M.F. La Brigantessa 20cm is named after a historical figure who, with her band, crossed the lands of Molise in the hard, poor years after the unification of Italy: Michelina Di Cesare.
The handle has a pronounced curve towards the end for a firmer, stronger grip; it is made of two horn scales with two stainless steel bolsters to protect the part closest to the blade.
The blade and spring have a satin finish.
With the knife you will find a pouch handmade by Annunziata Gallo on an early 20th-century loom.
You will also receive as a gift the book (worth 8 euros) that tells a story of resilience and pride: that of Michelina Di Cesare who, together with many other women, saved their people.
As it is a natural product, the colour may differ from the photos. Click here to message me on WhatsApp and I will show you the available colours up close so you can choose yours.
The knife comes with artisan hand sharpening and FREE custom engraving.
