Nagao Toumaki 17cm

Nagao Toumaki 17cm is a sturdy Japanese fixed-blade knife made of 3-layer Aogami steel, with a hand-wrapped rattan (wicker) handle.

The Toumaki was used by the samurai as a small knife for minor tasks, and Nagao still makes it using traditional methods.

The knife comes with artisan hand sharpening and FREE custom engraving on the blade.
